Muan-gun Lights Up 8m Tall Christmas Tree at Namak Central Park

A Warm Light of Hope... A Beautiful Winter Night Gift

Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) announced on the 11th that on the 1st, to celebrate the year-end and New Year, they lit an 8-meter-tall large tree, a light of hope sharing warm energy, at Namak Central Park in Samhyang-eup.

Since 2020, the county has installed a large tree and string lights around Namak Central Park, which has a high floating population, and set up a photo zone around the tree.

This place has become famous as a "tree hotspot" not only for residents but also for visitors to Namak New Town, establishing itself as the "number one night view spot in Namak New Town to visit at least once during the year-end."

Governor Kim San said, "I hope people create beautiful memories with their loved ones while viewing the tree installed at Namak Central Park, and welcome a warm year-end and a hopeful New Year like the bright lights."

The tree lights are on from 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM and will be operated until the Lunar New Year holiday next year.
