Dong-A University Large Relay Donation, Lawyer Lee Hye-young Donates 10 Million Won Generously

College of Business Development Fund Dowist Gift No. 56

The ‘runner’ who received the 56th baton in the high-value relay donation generously contributed 10 million KRW to Dong-A University.

Dong-A University (President Lee Hae-woo) announced on the 11th that Attorney Lee Hye-young, representative lawyer of Geumjeong Law Firm, donated 10 million KRW as a DAUist Gift for the development and educational innovation of the College of Business Administration (Dean Kim Wan-joong).

Attorney Lee delivered the development fund at the ‘Dong-A University Graduate School of Business MBA Class 2023 President Inauguration and Farewell Ceremony and Year-end Party’ held on the 8th at the Diamond Hall on the first floor of Busan Nongshim Hotel.

Attorney Lee, an MBA Class 56 alumnus of Dong-A University, served as the MBA class president this year.

He said to his juniors, “Our alma mater has surpassed 80 years since its founding and looks forward to 100 years, with 250,000 alumni and many distinguished seniors. It is a proud school.” He added, “With the belief that ‘The driving force of the Korean Peninsula is Dong-A Power,’ I hope Dong-A people take pride in themselves and become the grains of the world.”

The high-value relay donation of the DAUist Gift at Dong-A University’s College of Business Administration is an event that has continued since 2017 to foster Dong-A business leaders in a better educational environment with the help of alumni and businesspeople.
