Chungnam Province to Survey Individual Official Land Prices for Approximately 3.69 Million Parcels Next Year

Chungnam Province announced on the 7th that it will conduct a public land price survey for approximately 3.69 million parcels within the province until January 18 of next year.

The public land price survey will be conducted by reviewing various official records and on-site inspections to understand the characteristics of each parcel of land, such as land use status and road frontage.

In particular, Chungnam Province plans to focus on on-site investigations of lands related to various permits, lands with changes such as division, merger, or land category changes, and areas where rapid land price fluctuations are expected.

Additionally, individual public land prices will be calculated based on the standard land prices decided and announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the land characteristic survey data.

After calculating the individual public land prices, from March 19 to April 8 of next year, the individual public land prices will be available for public viewing and opinions from landowners and others will be collected. Following this, after deliberation by the real estate price disclosure committees of each city and county, the individual public land prices will be finalized and announced on April 30 of next year.

Opinions and objections can be submitted from April 30 to May 29. If there are any opinions or objections regarding the announced individual public land prices, they can be submitted within the designated period via the Real Estate Easy Service website or by mail, fax, etc., to the city/county office or community center.

Im Taek-bin, Director of the Land Management Division of Chungnam Province, said, “Since the individual public land price work is closely related to residents’ daily lives, such as local taxes and various charges, we will strive to ensure that the public land prices are determined accurately and fairly.”
