A man in his 30s who was walking naked on the street near a university was arrested by the police. The Jungbu Police Station in Seoul announced on the 20th that they have detained and are investigating a man in his 30s, Mr. A, on charges of public indecency for walking naked near Dongguk University.

The police received a 112 emergency call around 6:15 PM the previous day reporting "a man walking naked," and they dispatched officers to the scene. Mr. A was arrested in flagrante delicto. It is known that many test takers were coming out after finishing their essay exam that day, along with parents waiting for them. Despite the crowd, Mr. A showed no concern. He even walked around leisurely with his hands behind his back. Mr. A was only arrested after being hit with a police taser.

A police official stated, "He was not intoxicated," and added, "We are investigating the detailed circumstances and motives behind the crime."
