Shinhan Card's Rental Specialist Platform 'All That MyRental' Surpasses 20 Billion KRW in Transaction Volume

#1. Electric two-wheeler sales company D had faced difficulties due to weak brand recognition as a small and medium-sized enterprise, but after conducting marketing through Shinhan Card MyRental Shop, its sales in 2022 increased by 67% compared to the previous year, reaching 4 billion KRW.


#2. Company P, which operates short-term rentals of smart devices, saw its delinquent receivables ratio decrease from 7% to 2% after reflecting rental solutions provided by Shinhan Card, such as credit evaluation models, through Shinhan Card MyRental Shop.


Shinhan Card announced on the 20th that its rental specialty mall, 'All That MyRental,' surpassed 30,000 cumulative contracts and 20 billion KRW in transaction volume four years after its launch.


All That MyRental, launched in May 2019, achieved cumulative sales of 20.85 billion KRW last month, four years after its inception. The rental intermediary platform 'MyRental Shop' played a significant role. MyRental Shop is a platform that provides solutions such as rental screening and electronic contracts to help small and medium manufacturers easily enter the rental market. Companies listed on MyRental Shop can sell rental products through All That MyRental.


MyRental Shop started partnerships with five small and medium enterprises in November 2020 and has expanded the number of listed SMEs to 29. Companies producing various products such as smart devices, home appliances, medical devices, serving robots, and electric two-wheelers have joined MyRental Shop.


As the number of listed companies increased, rental sales also rose accordingly. As of last month, the cumulative number of contracts through MyRental Shop exceeded 21,000. The transaction volume also surpassed 5.6 billion KRW. Sales through MyRental Shop accounted for 38.5% of the total All That MyRental sales this year.


A Shinhan Card official stated, "In line with Shinhan Financial Group's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, we will continue to expand win-win management that grows together with small and medium enterprises seeking new sales channels."
