Gwangju Bukbu Fire Station Conducts Fire Safety Inspection at PC Rooms

On the 16th, Gwangju Bukbu Fire Station conducted a fire safety inspection targeting PC rooms, which are multi-use facilities.

This fire safety inspection was promoted to prevent large-scale fires and casualties in multi-use facilities expected to be frequented by college entrance exam takers, and to enhance the safety awareness of related personnel.

The main points include ▲checking the maintenance of fire-fighting and fire prevention facilities and the duties of fire safety managers ▲the state of goods stored around evacuation routes ▲whether self-inspections are conducted and if indoor decorations meet flame retardant performance standards ▲providing education on the use of fire-fighting facilities and evacuation procedures to related personnel.

Additionally, fire safety inspections will be conducted on comic cafes, escape rooms, movie theaters, and coin karaoke rooms, which are frequently used by teenagers, until the 24th.
