Geumgang Housing successfully launched 'Dongtan New City Geumgang Pentarium 7th Central Park,' the final complex in the Geumgang Pentarium brand town with over 5,400 households in Dongtan.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board's 'Cheongyak Home,' the 1st priority subscription for 'Dongtan New City Geumgang Pentarium 7th Central Park' held on the 31st (Tuesday) received a total of 2,453 subscription applications for 408 units (excluding special supply), resulting in an average competition rate of 6 to 1. Including the special supply held the previous day, a total of 2,707 applications were submitted, with the highest competition rate reaching 28.38 to 1.
This success is analyzed to reflect the high expectations of buyers even before the sale, due to its location within walking distance of the subway and price competitiveness from the application of the price ceiling system. In fact, the model house attracted over 13,000 visitors over three days from the opening day through the weekend, demonstrating strong interest.
A sales official stated, "The brand power of Geumgang Pentarium, already verified in Dongtan, and the high satisfaction with the product design seem to have contributed to these good results," adding, "To repay the high interest and support, we will present a landmark that elevates the status of Geumgang Pentarium as a representative of Dongtan."
Meanwhile, Dongtan New City Geumgang Pentarium 7th Central Park is being developed on block A57-2 of the New Residential Culture Town in Dongtan 2 New City, consisting of 10 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 20 floors above ground, with a total of 662 households. All units are small to medium-sized apartments preferred by buyers, with exclusive areas of 74㎡ and 84㎡. The number of units by type is ▲74㎡ 133 units ▲84㎡A 218 units ▲84㎡B 311 units.
The complex is designed with all units facing south, featuring slab-type layouts and 4-bay floor plans to enhance openness, lighting, and ventilation. It also incorporates storage spaces and usability improvements such as entrance storage, pantries, and large dressing rooms.
