Kang Yong-seok: "No Suspicion of Kim Yong-ho's Homicide... Decided Against Autopsy"

"15-Minute Call Before Kim Yong-ho's Death"

YouTuber Kim Yong-ho has passed away, and attorney Kang Yong-seok, who co-operated the YouTube channel with him, announced, "After reviewing the wishes and records of the bereaved family, it was decided not to conduct an autopsy."

Attorney Kang posted on the community of the YouTube channel 'KNL Kang Yong-seok Night Live' on the 12th, stating that he heard from the police that "there appears to be no signs of external intrusion or homicide."

In a YouTube broadcast by 'Garoseuro Research Institute' (Gaseyeon), lawyer Kang Yong-seok and former Sports World reporter Kim Yong-ho, who were prosecuted for defamation after claiming that Cho Min, daughter of former Minister of Justice Cho Kuk, drives a Porsche, were acquitted at the first trial held on the morning of June 20 at the Seoul Central District Court in Seocho-gu. Attorney Kang revealed that he had his last phone call with Kim around 11:30 a.m. on the day Kim passed away. He said, "During the 15-minute call, I strongly felt it was like a final notice before leaving this world," and added, "Right after the call ended, I called Kim Yong-ho's wife and told her to call the police and request emergency help via 112, saying her husband seemed likely to commit suicide."

He continued, "After finishing the call with Kim's wife, I checked the KakaoTalk messages Kim had sent, and there was a recording file he asked to be uploaded to KNL last night," adding, "I had just returned from abroad last night and was busy with a trial this morning, so I hadn't listened to the file."

Attorney Kang said, "When we all listened to the file, it was unmistakably a suicide note," and added, "Around 12:30, I received a call saying the police had located Kim's position. Shortly after 1 p.m., Kim's wife called me again in tears to inform me that Kim had fallen from a hotel and died."

Attorney Kang expressed his feelings, saying, "I am overwhelmed with grief," and "It has been less than 24 hours since I spoke with the deceased, and his voice is still vivid in my ears, but now he has gone to a place where I can never see or hear him again."

At the end of his post, Attorney Kang addressed suspicions, saying, "Some people seem to suspect that Kim had taken a lot of money," and questioned, "But if Kim had taken that much money, how can we explain that he and his family were living in a monthly rental house?"

Meanwhile, Kim was found dead around 1 p.m. on the 12th on the 4th floor of a hotel in Haeundae-gu, Busan. Before his death, Kim had posted a video on the 'KNL Kang Yong-seok Night Live' channel that appeared to hint at an extreme choice.
