3 Consecutive Years as No.1 in Bed Category
Coway (CEO Seo Jang-won) announced on the 21st that it was selected as the No. 1 company in two categories, water purifiers and beds, in the '2023 Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI)' survey conducted by the Korea Management Association Consulting. With this award, Coway has ranked first in the water purifier category for seven consecutive years since 2017 and first in the bed category for three consecutive years.
At the 2023 Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI) Awards ceremony held on the 21st at the Shilla Hotel in Jung-gu, Seoul, Seo Jang-won, CEO of Coway (right), and Han Soo-hee, CEO of Korea Management Association Consulting, are taking a commemorative photo.
KCSI is an index that indicates the level of customer satisfaction with products and services by industry, announcing the most preferred companies and products by customers through annual consumer surveys. In this survey, Coway received excellent evaluations in overall customer satisfaction items, including differentiated customer experience through customized products and high trust with customers built through professional on-site management services.
In the water purifier category, Coway was selected as No. 1 by achieving a record-high customer satisfaction score of 89 points. It received higher scores than competitors in questions regarding water taste and quality of the purifier, service response, and company reliability. In the bed category, it also ranked first with a score of 83.1 points. It received higher evaluations than competitors in overall satisfaction indices such as element satisfaction, overall satisfaction, and repurchase intention, as well as high scores in mattress material, functionality, and quality.
