Meanwhile, the first Lotte Castle apartment in Geomdan New Town, named 'Geomdan New Town Lotte Castle Nextiel,' will be located in the RC1 block near the new subway station (tentatively named Station 101, scheduled for 2025) on the extended Line 1 of Incheon Subway. The complex will consist of 4 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 372 units in 84㎡ and 108㎡ exclusive areas.
