Dobong-type Welfare Resource Integrated Platform 'Dobong Bokjiro' Established

Dobong-gu has established an integrated welfare platform that provides personalized welfare benefits tailored to each individual.

By searching for ‘Dobong Bokjiro’ on a portal site and accessing the website, users can simply enter basic information in the ‘My Customized Welfare Search’ tab located at the top right of the homepage to find welfare services perfectly suited to them.

Dobong-gu (Mayor Oh Eon-seok) announced that it will officially open the Dobong-gu integrated welfare platform ‘Dobong Bokjiro’ starting September 25. To ensure that no residents miss out on benefits due to lack of welfare information, the platform allows searching and checking all information in one place, enhancing efficiency and convenience.

The biggest advantage of ‘Dobong Bokjiro’ is that it allows users to view various welfare resource (service) information from both public and private sectors at a glance.

Welfare programs are listed by life cycle, household situation, and topics of interest, enabling users to find the welfare programs they want. Users can also search all local welfare facilities or check their personalized welfare services.

A district official stated, “Until now, beneficiaries had to individually search for scattered welfare services in both public and private sectors. Now, that burden can be reduced.”

Welfare information is updated in real time. The district has assigned content management to each responsible department to provide real-time welfare information, granting posting rights to public and private practitioners so that outdated information such as expired services can be deleted and newly added information can be updated frequently.

Before unveiling it to residents, the district held a completion report meeting for ‘Dobong Bokjiro’ on September 11. The meeting was attended by Dobong-gu Mayor Oh Eon-seok, related department heads, and experts from the service company, who conducted a demonstration report and performed a final review of the operation.

Mayor Oh Eon-seok of Dobong-gu said, “We expect that the establishment of the Dobong welfare resource integrated platform will greatly improve residents’ access to welfare information,” adding, “We will continue to strive tirelessly to ensure welfare without anyone in the district being left behind.”
