Judge Kim stated, "Considering that the defendant was so intoxicated that he could not even remember slapping another male employee’s cheek at drinking gatherings, it is possible that he does not remember committing the acts as alleged. However, since the victim’s testimony in court was specific, consistent, and not contradictory, all charges are recognized as guilty."
