In the new residential culture town of Dongtan 2 New City, the Taeyoung Dongtan Consortium announced that ‘Dongtan 2 New City Eoullim Familier (A106BL)·Summa Desiang (A107BL)’ will hold a non-priority subscription for 3 units canceled contracts on the 14th (Monday).
The non-priority subscription due to contract cancellations will be conducted through the Korea Real Estate Board’s ‘Cheongyak Home’. The recruitment announcement was posted on the 9th (Wednesday), followed by subscription reception on the 14th (Monday), winner announcement on the 18th (Friday), and contract signing on the 25th (Friday). The units available for non-priority subscription due to contract cancellations include one 99㎡A unit in Dongtan 2 New City Eoullim Familier and two 99㎡A units in Dongtan 2 New City Summa Desiang, totaling 3 units.
This complex, supplied in December last year, is located at the very center of the last special planning district new residential culture town in Dongtan 2 New City. It boasts not only a superior location but also a rare mid-to-large type configuration in Dongtan, with customized product designs that meet the needs of actual users. As a result, all 1,256 units across two blocks were sold out 100% within three months.
Therefore, it is expected that there will be significant interest in this non-priority subscription due to contract cancellations. Hence, there will be strong demand interest in this non-priority subscription announcement.”
Meanwhile, Dongtan 2 New City Eoullim Familier (A106BL) and Summa Desiang (A107BL) are located in the Shindong area of Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, consisting of two complexes with a total of 1,256 units. Dongtan 2 New City Eoullim Familier (A106BL) comprises 9 buildings from 3 basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, with units ranging from 84 to 99㎡, totaling 640 units. Summa Desiang (A107BL) consists of 10 buildings from 2 basement floors to 12 above-ground floors, with units ranging from 99 to 109㎡, totaling 616 units.
