Ottogi announced on the 29th that it has launched two types of premium frozen chicken home meal replacements (HMR), ‘OZ Kitchen Chik Wing & Bong’.
The new products introduced this time are ▲OZ Kitchen Sweet Honey Chik Wing & Bong ▲OZ Kitchen Red Chili Chik Wing & Bong. They use 100% domestically sourced chicken and are first oven-roasted and then fried again, resulting in a chewier and crispier texture.
The ‘Sweet Honey Chik Wing & Bong’ comes with a sweet and savory sweet honey sauce, while the ‘Red Chili Chik Wing & Bong’ includes a spicy and sweet red chili sauce. By placing the frozen product in a preheated air fryer at 180℃ and cooking for about 10 to 11 minutes, you can enjoy chicken that is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
An Ottogi representative stated, “As dining out and delivery costs increase, consumers are feeling more burdened, and frozen chicken HMRs that can be enjoyed conveniently at a reasonable price are gaining attention,” adding, “We plan to continue introducing various new products reflecting consumers’ lifestyles and eating trends.”
