Paradise Hotel & Resort is gaining attention in the premium home meal replacement (HMR) market by featuring 11 dishes from its major restaurants, focusing on Italian and Chinese cuisine.

The convenience meals are composed of popular menu items from the Italian restaurant ‘La Scala’ at Paradise City in Yeongjongdo, Incheon, and the Chinese restaurant ‘Nampung’ at Paradise Hotel Busan. Based on Paradise Group’s 50 years of food and beverage expertise, the head chefs of each restaurant directly participated in product development to recreate the flavors experienced at the hotel.

The convenience meals developed by La Scala include two types of pasta?Bolognese Tagliatelle and Truffle Tagliarin?and three types of pizza?Truffle Punggi wood-fired pizza, Margherita wood-fired pizza, and Quattro Formaggi wood-fired pizza. The two pasta dishes combine sauces that maximize taste and aroma with soft and chewy fresh noodles. The three pizzas use dough made from ingredients imported from Italy, aged for 48 hours, allowing customers to enjoy authentic Italian wood-fired pizza flavors.

At Nampung, six convenience meal products were launched, including Paljin Seafood Hot Noodles, Sichuan Jajangmyeon, Juicy Fruit Sweet and Sour Pork, and three types of Nampung shrimp dishes. The two noodle dishes feature rich sauces made from fresh ingredients paired with chewy fresh noodles, capturing the essence of Chinese specialty noodles. The sweet and sour pork offers juicy pork with a sweet and tangy fruit sauce, enabling customers to easily enjoy five-star hotel-level cuisine at home. The three shrimp dishes?Chili Shrimp, Garlic Butter Shrimp, and Kanpung Shrimp?faithfully replicate Nampung’s popular menu items.

Since its first launch last year, Paradise’s premium convenience meal products have sold over 100,000 units as of last month. These 11 convenience meal items are available for purchase on Hyundai Department Store’s online food shopping mall, ‘Hyundai Food Hall ToHome.’
