"Various RMR Products to be Released in the Future"
Seven Eleven is expanding its range of Restaurant Meal Replacement (RMR) products that allow customers to conveniently enjoy famous restaurant menus. Through collaborations with popular eateries, the company plans to sell related products at stores nationwide.
Seven Eleven is selling various RMR products through partnerships with restaurants popular among younger generations, such as ChopChop and Walking on the Cloud. Recently, they teamed up with the black pork specialty restaurant Sookseongdo to launch new RMR products. The items released in collaboration with Sookseongdo include three products: Sookseongdo The Bigger Meat House Fried Rice Triangle Kimbap, Sookseongdo Samgyeopsal Ssambap Kimbap, and Sookseongdo Dongchimi Young Radish Noodles. On the 14th, they will additionally introduce Sookseongdo Grilled Meat & Kimchi Stew Set Lunchbox and Sookseongdo Sirloin Pork Cutlet Burger. The Sookseongdo Grilled Meat & Kimchi Stew Set features a rich kimchi stew made with Sookseongdo’s secret recipe, thick grilled meat, and Jeju-style anchovy sauce, while the Sookseongdo Sirloin Pork Cutlet Burger contains tender and thick domestic sirloin, cabbage salad, lettuce, and cucumber pickles.

RMR products have gained popularity among the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z) because they allow customers to enjoy famous restaurant menus without waiting in line. In fact, from January 1 to the 5th of this year, sales of all convenience foods including RMR increased by more than 30% compared to the same period last year.
A Seven Eleven representative said, "RMR products are popular among younger generations because they offer the exact recipes of famous restaurants and are available at convenience stores nationwide," adding, "We will continue to actively develop and expand related products."
