T-Order Launches Customized DIY Menu Design Service for Each Store

Tablet order platform developer 't’order (CEO Kwon Seong-taek)' is undertaking a major update based on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).

t’order is a company that develops and provides table order services, featuring a convenient ordering system that helps customers directly check the menu and place orders. Major clients of t’order include Grand Hyatt Jeju, Busan LCT Residence, Cheongdam Schedule, and Yeokjeon Halmeoni Maekju. Recently, it has achieved the deployment of 100,000 table order devices, gradually expanding its market share.

Accordingly, t’order is steadily making research and development efforts by receiving a large number of customer requests. The strategy is to meet needs by conducting follow-ups (F/U) tailored to customer expectations.

In fact, it recently launched a store-specific customized DIY (Do It Yourself) menu design service to actively improve satisfaction. DIY refers to products that allow consumers to make the desired items themselves. Thanks to this, it is possible to set menu design according to the concept of each store, such as general restaurants, pubs, hotels, and residences.

For example, in a pub, customized design changes are possible with concepts that highlight the drinking atmosphere or emphasize delicious side dishes. In a hotel, it can be decorated with a DIY design optimized for customer convenience to quickly provide room service in a cozy atmosphere.

Additionally, t’order decided to expand the operation of a night customer center 365 days a year by hiring its own staff to realize customer value. The center operates until 2 a.m.

A t’order representative stated, "Through regular VOC, we prioritize customer needs and satisfaction." He added, "In particular, by providing consultation services 365 days a year, we are actively striving to support service for customer store owners and realize customer value."
