[2023 Apartment Brand Awards] POSCO E&C Enhances Residential Convenience with Cutting-Edge Smart Home Services

Posco E&C, which won the High-Quality Design category at the Asia Economy Apartment Brand Awards, boasts a distinctive complex exterior through its premium apartment brand ‘The Sharp’ and high-end residential brand ‘Otier.’ Especially, Posco E&C, which announced a new corporate name last March, is introducing an eco-friendly premium brand embodying its ESG management philosophy.

This design philosophy of Posco E&C is fully reflected in ‘The Sharp Yeondong Avenue,’ which will be launched for sale next month. Located at 261-37 Yeondong, Jeju City, this complex consists of 204 households with 5 basement floors to 18 above-ground floors, and exclusive areas of 69 and 84 square meters. Commercial facilities are also established from the basement 1st floor to the ground 1st floor, enabling a one-stop lifestyle where residents can enjoy everything within the complex. This is the first ‘The Sharp’ apartment introduced in Jeju since Posco E&C changed its corporate name, with Island Co., Ltd. as the developer and Posco E&C as the constructor.

The smart mood lighting ‘The Sharp Lumina’ is also available as an option. This lighting-specialized option allows convenient and free control according to taste, mood, and the purpose of using the space, creating the desired atmosphere.

Advanced smart home and security systems are also applied. These include ▲a one-pass system enabling nonstop movement from the complex to the home entrance ▲a 13-inch large display smart wall pad for easy control of various internal systems ▲security-enhancing fingerprint door locks and facial recognition door phones ▲and smart bathroom switches linked with IoT (Internet of Things).
