Exchange Announces Preliminary Designation of Bident and Bucket Studio as Unfaithful Disclosure Corporations

The Korea Exchange KOSDAQ Market Division announced on the 21st that it will designate Vidente and Bucket Studio as unfaithful disclosure corporations due to disclosure reversals.

Vidente reversed its disclosure by withdrawing the decision to issue the 19th series convertible bonds. Bucket Studio reversed its disclosure by withdrawing the decision to issue the 12th series convertible bonds. The deadline for the designation decision of unfaithful disclosure corporations for both companies is until the 18th of next month.
