Recently, as real estate indicators have rebounded, market recovery expectations are rising. In this context, Bando Construction's ‘Yubora Cheonan Dujeong Station,’ supplied in the central location of Cheonan, is attracting real demand buyers' attention due to its reasonable price under the existing pre-sale price ceiling system and its proximity to the station area.

‘Yubora Cheonan Dujeong Station’ was priced reasonably compared to surrounding market prices at the time of pre-sale, as it was in a high pre-sale price management area.
