Cultivating Practical Leadership Skills Including Communication Techniques
Hoengseong-gun, Gangwon Province, announced on the 28th that it conducted a "Communication Leadership Enhancement for Achieving Goals" training for female agricultural CEOs.
As part of the "Creating Vibrant and Livable Villages" project, the training was held at the local Rokkugeo Law Center with about 30 female agricultural CEOs participating, led by a professional instructor.

The training to strengthen the leadership capabilities of female community leaders focused on practical skills such as ▲ increasing organizational members' happiness index and achieving target performance ▲ the importance of listening in communication ▲ paraphrasing and mirroring ▲ techniques of praise and recognition.
The female CEOs plan to apply the training content to set constructive directions for village development and promote regional planning projects.
Kim Myung-gi, the governor of Hoengseong-gun, stated, "We plan to continue supporting not only leadership capacity building for female CEOs but also local projects and community growth support initiatives."
Kang Kyung-su, the director of Rokkugeo Law Center, said, "By learning, practicing, and mastering core communication skills, this will be an opportunity to take a step forward not only in personal happiness but also in achieving organizational goals as female agricultural CEOs."
