Extending the Wheelbase and Upgrading Headlights... Audi New Q2 Launched in Korea

Audi's compact sport utility vehicle (SUV) Q2 facelift model was recently launched in the domestic market. Compact SUVs are often chosen as first cars, making them highly competitive among brands. This is because they significantly influence the brand's first impression and help retain loyal customers.

The new Audi Q2 features redesigned headlights and an extended vehicle length by 17 mm. In Korea, it is available in two trims: the base model and the premium model. Both the The New Audi Q2 35 TDI and The New Audi Q2 35 TDI Premium are front-wheel drive.

New Audi Q2 35 TDI

The 2.0ℓ diesel direct injection turbocharged engine is paired with a 7-speed S tronic automatic transmission. It delivers a maximum output of 150 horsepower and a peak torque of 36.7 kg·m. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.4 seconds, with a top speed of 216 km/h. The combined fuel efficiency is 16.7 km per liter (15.5 km in the city, 18.5 km on the highway). Various driving modes are available according to preference, and the steering angle is adjustable.

The design emphasizes practicality and a stylish appearance. The overall length is 4215 mm, wheelbase is 2600 mm, width is 1795 mm, and height is 1535 mm. The premium trim offers the S line exterior package, which includes different grille, bumper, side skirts, door sill plates, diffuser, and emblems. LED headlights come standard. The row of LED lights is highly noticeable, and the taillights also feature LED technology.

As a five-seater vehicle, the trunk capacity is 405 liters, which expands to 1050 liters when the rear seats are folded down. The premium trim includes sports seats. A 12.3-inch Audi Virtual Cockpit with the latest specifications is installed. The sound system features 6 channels, 10 speakers, 180W output, and Bluetooth functionality. The base model is priced at 40,202,000 KRW, and the premium model at 43,638,000 KRW (including VAT, based on the reduced individual consumption tax).
