Jeju is currently showcasing a spectacular display of cherry blossoms and canola flowers. When thinking about a trip to Jeju, the famous spring driving spot Noksan-ro is highly recommended. While enjoying the canola flowers from inside the car is nice, it is also great to park the car for a while and walk along the road.
The recommended course is a 10km section from the entrance of Noksan-ro in Gasi-ri Village, Seogwipo. It was selected as one of the "100 Beautiful Roads of Korea." This road passes through Noksanjang and Gapmajang, the best horse ranches of the Joseon Dynasty, and is currently one of Jeju’s most scenic canola flower roads. The core section is about 4.1km from Gasi-ri Village to the Jeongseok Aviation Museum. The Jeongseok Aviation Museum is an aviation-related exhibition hall operated by Korean Air. It displays aircraft models, black boxes, aircraft parts, and more.

Along the Jeongseok Aviation Museum road, you can drive slowly and take photos and videos from inside the car. Inside the Noksan-ro Jorangmal Experience Park, there is Korea’s first Jorangmal Museum established by the village, along with horseback riding experience facilities and a caf?.
Within the Canola Flower Plaza, there is a large canola flower colony, and you can also see a lighthouse resembling the wind turbines of the nearby wind power plant. You can also enjoy Jeju’s beautiful natural scenery such as Ttarabi Oreum and Keunsaseum-i Oreum.
Seogwipo City will hold the 40th Seogwipo Canola Flower Festival, "A Heart-fluttering Time, The Sound of Spring Coming," from March 31 to April 2 for three days around the Gasi-ri Canola Flower Plaza in Pyoseon-myeon. On the first day, March 31, the festival will open with pre-event performances by Gasi-ri Village clubs, followed by an opening flash mob and congratulatory performances. On the second and third days, there will be invited singer performances. The canola flower plaza, covering about 94,000㎡, features nine photo zones and various experience centers.
