Yuksudang announced on the 19th that it has launched 'Dallae Doenjang Gukbap' using spring wild vegetables to celebrate the spring season.
Dallae Doenjang Gukbap is a menu that Yuksudang has introduced every spring season, and it has been re-released this year thanks to positive customer feedback.
Yuksudang's Dallae Doenjang Gukbap is a new reinterpretation of doenjang, which is often eaten as a stew, into a gukbap (soup with rice). It is characterized by the use of three types of doenjang: homemade doenjang, domestic countryside doenjang, and cheonggukjang, all added to beef bone broth.
In addition, it contains dallae, one of the representative spring wild vegetables, and savory, rich-flavored beef brisket, allowing customers to enjoy a more sophisticated doenjang gukbap taste.
Yuksudang will sell Dallae Doenjang Gukbap at about 10% off the regular price until the 2nd of next month.
