HMM, 790 Billion KRW Long-Term Shipbuilding Contract

HMM announced on the 17th that it has signed a long-term charter contract to lease 3 vessels from 2025 to 2041.

The contract amount totals 795.6 billion KRW. According to HMM, depending on the counterparty's choice, the charter contract can be changed to a long-term cargo transportation contract within 6 months, and the contract amount may also be adjusted.

As of the end of last year, the vessels directly owned by HMM include ▲37 container ships ▲7 oil tankers ▲5 dry bulk carriers ▲4 multipurpose ships.
