Lotte Homeshopping Selects In-House Promotional Models... Expands Supporters Activities

Employee Participation in New Business Marketing

Lotte Homeshopping announced on the 14th that it will select in-house promotional models to participate in external public relations activities and expand employee participation in corporate activities.


This is the first time Lotte Homeshopping has selected in-house models. Applications and recommendations were accepted from all employees, and after an internal review, a total of 10 employees?5 men and 5 women?were selected. More than twice the number of the recruitment quota applied, and the final candidates were chosen considering friendliness and trustworthiness. They plan to engage in various activities over the next year, including photo shoots for media publicity, vlogs, and short-form content.

Employees are also participating in new business marketing such as content promotion and in-house product planning. A representative example is the in-house fan club for the virtual human developed by Lotte Homeshopping, called the ‘Lucy Supporters.’ As influencers, they will plan and promote Lucy content based on their experience and know-how.


A Lotte Homeshopping official said, “We are expanding employee participation in external public relations and marketing activities to enhance customer trust and boost employees’ pride. We hope that the corporate promotional activities of employees with their own talents and personalities will convey the value and positive image of Lotte Homeshopping.”
