'Suncheon Hanyang Sujain DSTG,' supplied by Hanyang in Yongdang-dong 175, Suncheon-si, Jeollanam-do, will begin move-in from the 6th.

The complex consists of 14 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 18 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 79 to 110㎡, totaling 1,252 households. It is Suncheon's first 'Sujain (SUJAIN)' brand apartment. Hanyang explained that it is emerging as a new landmark complex in Suncheon, equipped with a grand exterior, premium landscaping that allows residents to feel the charm of nature, diverse auxiliary facilities, and excellent product quality.

In particular, the landscaping was designed and constructed by Samsung C&T Resort Division's landscaping team to harmonize with the scenery of Samsan located behind the complex, marking the first time such landscaping has been applied to an apartment in Suncheon. Along the central movement path of the complex, features such as a rock garden and pond reinterpreting Samsan Isu (Three Mountains and Two Waters), a circular path approximately 1.4 km long, and specialized gardens were arranged. All parking lots were also placed underground.

The auxiliary facilities include a community space spanning two floors (basement levels 1 and 2) equipped with a fitness center, multipurpose gymnasium, golf practice range, and table tennis room. On the ground floor, a small library connected to a caf? and a Kids Station were installed. A national and public daycare center within the complex is also scheduled to open.

Regarding product quality, a plate-type 4-bay structure with excellent ventilation and lighting, and a Living-Dining-Kitchen (LDK) layout that provides a sense of openness were applied. All households are provided with entrance doors, a 3-burner hybrid cooktop, engineered stone countertops, and an underground storage room as standard.

A Hanyang official said, "As the first Sujain brand apartment introduced in Suncheon, we devoted great effort to creating a highly complete landmark complex," adding, "We will do our best to ensure a smooth move-in process."
