The first elected president, Kim Hae-eun, said, “As the inaugural president, I was happy to lay the foundation of the Sports Council and achieve good results in various competitions,” and added, “I believe President Yu Dal-hyung will further develop sports in Hapcheon, and I congratulate him once again on his inauguration,” expressing his retirement thoughts.

Yudal-hyung, the chairman of the sports association, is delivering a congratulatory speech.

Yu Dal-hyung, who served as vice president of the Sports Council and was inaugurated as the 2nd elected president, said, “I thank everyone who congratulated me,” and added, “Based on the pledges made during my candidacy, I will do my best to make the Sports Council better and more progressive.”

Additionally, the newly appointed President Yu set an example by donating 10 million KRW to the Sports and Cultural Arts Promotion Fund to foster sports talents.

County Governor Kim Yoon-chul said, “I appreciate the hard work of the first elected president Kim Hae-eun, who passionately led the Sports Council for the past three years,” and added, “I hope the Sports Council will leap forward with strong organizational cohesion together with the 2nd elected President Yu Dal-hyung.”

The 2nd elected President Yu Dal-hyung will continue his term for four years from the 27th to develop the Hapcheon County Sports Council and the residents' sports activities.
