The total donation of 1 million won will be used for various program projects needed by children and people with disabilities. Choi Min-hee, the director of the daycare center, said, "I am glad to be able to make a meaningful donation with the children ahead of the holiday," adding, "I hope this donation will be an opportunity for the children to learn warm hearts that help neighbors and practice sharing."
Booyoung Sarangro Daycare Center is located in the management building within the Booyoung apartment complex. As part of Booyoung Group's social contribution, efforts are being made to create a stable educational environment. Booyoung Group stated that they do not charge rent for the daycare center to ensure high-quality childcare, and the costs are used for infant welfare and reducing parents' financial burdens.
A Booyoung Group official said, "We have a childcare support team within the group and select daycare center directors based on the same criteria as those for public daycare centers," adding, "We provide free support for multiple children’s admission fees, parent and teacher education, childcare consulting and events, partnerships with excellent organic food suppliers, and educational materials and tools."
