'Recreating Hong Kong Flavors of "Mott 32," First Domestic Entry Last Year
1st Anniversary Celebration with Gala Dinner Featuring 11 Menus Including "Dimsum, Peking Duck"'
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Mot 32 Seoul, a Chinese restaurant operated by Chosun Hotel & Resort, announced on the 26th that it will present a gala dinner to celebrate its 1st anniversary on the 29th.
The gala dinner will feature 11 dishes including signature menu items loved at Mot 32 Seoul over the past year, such as honey sauce Iberico char siu, caviar jade scallop, Peking duck, and live lobster with garlic. The signature Peking duck of Mot 32 is also included in the gala dinner course. The tender and chewy duck meat is roasted in a unique oven using Mot 32’s recipe and served with a special sauce that enhances its flavor.
Three recommended wines selected by Mot 32 Seoul’s sommelier will be served along with the course menu. Gala dinner guests will also receive an aperitif canap? and a signature welcome cocktail.
The gala dinner will be available from 6:30 PM on the 29th, and reservations can be made by phone.
Meanwhile, Mot 32 is a modern Chinese restaurant representing Hong Kong. Chosun Hotel & Resort formed a partnership and opened it last December at Shinsegae Department Store Gangnam Central City.
