Yejisolution Co., Ltd. Selected for 3 Consecutive Years as a '2023 Youth-Friendly Small Giant Company' by the Ministry of Employment and Labor

Jung-hwa Kim, CEO of Yeji Solution Co., Ltd., announced on the 15th that the company has been selected as a ‘2023 Youth-Friendly Small Giant Company’ for the third consecutive year by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.


The Youth-Friendly Small Giant Company designation has been awarded annually since 2016 to improve young people’s perception of small and medium-sized enterprises and promote early employment. This year, the evaluation was based on a total score of 100 points, composed of △Work-Life Balance (40 points) △Wages (30 points) △Employment Stability (20 points) △Innovation Capability (10 points). Companies that scored well across all categories were ranked and selected after reflecting on on-site inspection results. The review committee announced the final list of 1,000 companies.


Yeji Solution, specializing in digital performance marketing with 19 years of experience, has shown steady growth and recently has been undertaking various initiatives aligned with generational changes to create quality jobs.
