Taeyoung Construction to Launch Private Participation Public Sale 'Iksan Busong Desiang' in January

Taeyoung Construction plans to launch the sale of the private-participation public sale apartment "Iksan Busong Desiang" in Busong 4 District, Iksan, Jeonbuk, in January.


Iksan Busong Desiang will be developed in Busong 4 District, Iksan-si, Jeollabuk-do, consisting of 8 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 20 floors above ground, with a total of 745 households. It is composed of a single exclusive area of 84㎡, which is highly preferred by actual users, with the number of households by type as follows: ▲84㎡A 501 households ▲84㎡B 151 households ▲84㎡C 93 households.


This private-participation public sale apartment, which continues to be popular by meeting high stability, reasonable sale prices, and excellent product quality, applies Taeyoung Construction's "Desiang" brand, which is especially favored in Jeonbuk.


Iksan Busong Desiang is a private-participation public housing project implemented by Jeonbuk Development Corporation and constructed by Taeyoung Construction. As a public sale apartment built on public land, the price ceiling system will be applied, offering it at a reasonable price compared to surrounding market prices. Additionally, with special supply accounting for 85% of the total, it is expected to provide a good opportunity for young demand groups and first-time homebuyers to secure their own homes.

A sales official stated, "There is high anticipation among local demanders for the supply of the Desiang apartment, recognized for its brand value in Jeonbuk, in Busong-dong, considered the residential center of Iksan. Especially, as a private-participation public sale apartment with reasonable prices, the financial burden is low, maintaining interest from demanders in their 20s and 30s."
