[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Maeil Dairies announced on the 12th that it has received the 'Consumer-Centered Management' certification for the eighth consecutive time from the Fair Trade Commission and the Korea Consumer Agency.
Consumer-Centered Management (CCM) is a nationally certified system authorized by the Fair Trade Commission and operated and evaluated by the Korea Consumer Agency. It assesses and certifies every two years whether a company organizes all its activities from the consumer's perspective and improves related management activities.
In this evaluation, Maeil Dairies received high marks for the leadership of its CEO, social contribution activities, ethical management, and being selected as a 'Partner Company of Dealerships' by the Fair Trade Commission. The company was also positively evaluated for its process of integrating, analyzing, and implementing improvement activities based on consumer feedback collected through various channels.
A Maeil Dairies representative stated, "Through this CCM re-certification, we revised and supplemented our consumer-related systems, and it was a valuable opportunity to hear the opinions of consumer experts during the certification evaluation process." They added, "As a company leading consumer-centered management, we will continue to listen attentively to consumers' voices and strive to provide the best service."
