[Asia Economy Reporter Han Yeju] The Federation of Korean Industries (hereinafter FKI) announced on the 16th that it has opened the website of the "Digital Entrepreneurs Museum," which comprehensively commemorates the achievements of 13 first-generation founders and the history of their companies, in celebration of the "Global Entrepreneurship Week" in the third week of November.


The 13 founders are ▲Koo In-hwoi (LG) ▲Kim Woo-joong (Daewoo) ▲Kim Jong-hee (Hanwha) ▲Park Doo-byung (Doosan) ▲Park Tae-joon (POSCO) ▲Shin Kyuk-ho (Lotte) ▲Lee Byung-chul (Samsung) ▲Lee Won-man (Kolon) ▲Chung Ju-yung (Hyundai) ▲Cho Joong-hoon (Hanjin) ▲Cho Hong-je (Hyosung) ▲Choi Jong-hyun (SK) ▲Heo Man-jung (GS).


The Digital Entrepreneurs Museum consists of four main sections: the "Entrepreneurs Hall," which contains their lives and management philosophies; the "Corporate History Hall," which records the glorious footprints and growth stories of our companies in the economic history of Korea by era; the "Entrepreneurship Hall," which includes the concept of entrepreneurship and international comparisons of entrepreneurship indices; and the "Theme Hall," which features content related to corporate activities such as corporate social contribution activities and the top 12 decisive moments in the Korean economy.


The FKI stated that it plans to continuously update content related to entrepreneurs and corporate activities in the future.
