Muan-gun, Recruiting Participants for the Festival Youth Song Contest

Anyone Who Loves Music Can Apply

[Muan=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Oh Hwan-joo] Jeonnam Muan-gun is recruiting participants for the Youth Song Festival, a related event of the 2nd Muan YD Festival held from the 28th to the 30th, until 6 PM on the 23rd.

Any young person aged 19 to 39 who loves music can apply for the song festival. The participation categories include various genres that can express vocal skills such as singing, dance, rap, dance, gugak (traditional Korean music), vocal music, and performance.

If you wish to participate, you can download the application form from the county website or the festival website's notice board, fill it out, and submit it via email.

The preliminary round of the Youth Song Festival will be held non-face-to-face on the 23rd, and about 10 teams will be selected to advance to the finals.

The finals will be held on the main stage set up on the lawn plaza next to the Namak Complex Community Center on the 30th.

The prize money is 3 million KRW for 1 grand prize team, 1 million KRW for 1 excellence award team, 700,000 KRW for 1 merit award team, 500,000 KRW each for 1 popularity award and 1 encouragement award team, and 200,000 KRW each for 5 participation award teams.

County Governor Kim San said, "We have prepared a place where passionate young people who love music can showcase their hidden singing talents," and added, "We hope for active participation from interested young people."
