Honorary Chairman Jo Seok-rae Purchases 650 Million KRW Worth of Hyosung and Hyosung Chemical Shares

[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Seoyoon] Honorary Chairman Cho Seok-rae of Hyosung Group purchased a total of 650 million KRW worth of shares in Hyosung and Hyosung Chemical.

According to the Financial Supervisory Service on the 15th, Honorary Chairman Cho recently bought 3,900 shares of Hyosung and 2,150 shares of Hyosung Chemical on the market.

After the change, Honorary Chairman Cho's shareholding ratio stands at 9.66% in Hyosung and 7% in Hyosung Chemical.

Lee Mi-kyung, wife of Hyosung Group Chairman Cho Hyun-joon, who previously did not hold Hyosung shares, also purchased 500 shares on the market, becoming a major shareholder. She additionally bought 200 shares of Hyosung Chemical.
