Hantap "Court Dismisses Lawsuit Requesting Cancellation of General Meeting Resolution"

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Junho] Hantop announced on the 25th that the Busan District Court has ordered the dismissal of all claims in the lawsuit filed by CN Kim Co., Ltd. and five others requesting the cancellation of the shareholders' meeting resolution. Regarding the reasons for the court's judgment and decision, it stated, "Based solely on the evidence submitted by the plaintiffs, it is difficult to see that the method of resolution adopted at this shareholders' meeting violated laws or the articles of incorporation, and there is no other evidence to recognize this, so all claims by the plaintiffs are dismissed."
