Ilseong Construction Leads Residential Culture in Magok... 'Trueel' Successfully Selling Out

Ilseong Construction (CEO: Yoo Pil-sang) has successfully completed subscriptions for 'The Truel Magok HQ,' launched in the Magok area, and interest continues to grow in the contract process.

According to Ilseong Construction, 'The Truel Magok HQ,' which accepted subscription applications through its website over two days on the 4th and 5th, received a total of 496 applications for 148 units of multi-family housing (urban lifestyle housing), showing an average competition rate of 3.35 to 1. The highest competition rate reached 101 to 1, concluding the subscription smoothly.

The industry evaluates that these subscription results were somewhat expected. As a high-end product developed in the Magok area, which has emerged as a new center in Seoul, there was significant interest even before the sale, and after the opening of the showroom, consumers responded positively to the luxury design and specialized residential services.

A sales official stated, “Additionally, this complex allows anyone aged 19 or older to apply without a subscription savings account, and since winners are selected by lottery rather than a point system, it provided an opportunity for younger generations to own a home, which seems to have led to these favorable results.” He added, “We will build a landmark in the Magok area that meets expectations.”

Meanwhile, The Truel Magok HQ is a complex located in Gonghang-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, consisting of three buildings ranging from two basement floors to 14 above-ground floors, combining multi-family housing (urban lifestyle housing), office facilities, and neighborhood living facilities. The multi-family housing units range from 36 to 48 square meters in exclusive area, totaling 148 units; the office facilities include 20 rooms, and the neighborhood living facilities will feature large-scale stores on the lower floors.

The Truel Magok HQ is situated in an excellent location within the Magok area, which has emerged as a new center in Seoul, allowing residents to enjoy various residential infrastructures conveniently nearby.

Its convenient transportation environment is a particular advantage, as it is located near Magok Station on Subway Line 5, with Songjeong Station on Line 5 also accessible on foot. Additionally, Gimpo Airport Station, a transfer station for Lines 5 and 9 and the Airport Railroad, is easily accessible. The upcoming extension of the Sosa-Daegok Line (scheduled for 2023) is also expected to further enhance transportation convenience.

Nearby are cultural and shopping facilities such as Ewha Womans University Seoul Hospital, Seoul Botanic Park, Gimpo Airport, Lotte Mall, and Lotte Mart, as well as a pleasant natural environment, enabling a convenient residential lifestyle.

The Truel Magok HQ enhances comfort with city views, south-facing layouts, and terraces (in some units). Inside the units, features include an entrance air purification system, air dresser, middle door and 'entrance clean zone,' and a circulation structure connecting the bedroom, bathroom, and dressing room.

The high-end community facilities also attract attention. The complex plans to provide a fitness center, indoor golf practice range (GDR), family theater, caf? lounge, kids’ playground, party room, and shared office. Additionally, landscaping facilities such as a shaded plaza and secret garden will be introduced, further elevating residents’ quality of life.

The complex has signed a consignment operation contract with SL Platform (formerly Socio Living), a specialized luxury residential service company, to offer various specialized residential services. These include hotel-style services such as limousine service, housekeeping, and catering, as well as living services like laundry, pet care, life care, rental services, and on-demand car wash.

Moreover, the complex plans to enhance convenience by applying various cutting-edge systems such as convenience systems and eco-systems. A representative convenience system is the Smart Home System, which integrates home networks, IoT devices, and home appliances through Samsung’s IoT platform SmartThings, allowing residents to set personalized modes tailored to different lifestyles.

As for the eco-system, the Clean Air System will be applied to make daily life healthier and cleaner, and solar power systems, electric vehicle charging systems, energy management systems, remote meter reading systems, and standby power cut-off systems will also be provided.

The Truel Magok HQ is currently conducting contracts at its sales promotion center.
