[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] The Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education has produced a ‘Cheongnyeom Dream (Consideration·Respect) Campaign’ video to prevent workplace power harassment and released it on the education office’s YouTube channel.

Last year, the city education office was recognized for its integrity achievements, receiving the Presidential Award in the anti-corruption category as the only public institution among 264 nationwide. This year, to spread and establish a culture of integrity, they produced the ‘Cheongnyeom Dream Campaign’ video.

The education office prepared the campaign to publicly declare its commitment to realizing an integrity-based Ulsan education free from power harassment.

The Cheongnyeom Dream Campaign video contains content that reminds viewers of the necessity of respect and consideration among employees in the workplace. It consists of three short videos, each about one minute long: the ‘Manager version,’ the ‘Employee version,’ and the ‘Child’s perspective version.’

The ‘Manager version’ and ‘Employee version’ address issues of power harassment and lack of consideration between managers and employees, exploring solutions to these problems.

The ‘final Child’s perspective version’ conveys that respect and consideration among workplace members affect the future of children.

The videos will be broadcast not only on the education office’s YouTube channel but also on the electronic billboards at Taehwagang National Garden and Ulsan Grand Park until December this year.

An official from the Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education said, “We will continue to promote integrity in Ulsan education through various methods such as producing Cheongnyeom Dream campaign posters and work together to create a warm workplace with respect and consideration among members.”
