On the same day, Hyundai Heavy Industries announced that it had signed a contract to build 7 LNG carriers with an Asia-based shipping company. The contract amount is 1.9628 trillion KRW, which corresponds to 23.62% of the 2021 sales revenue. The contract period is from August 9, 2022, to December 16, 2026.
