‘Bongdam Ja-i Rajeneu’, Model House Opened with Crowds from Day One

The model house of ‘Bongdam Xi Lajenne’ opened on the 5th, attracting attention with a long queue of visitors.

Located in Donghwa District, Bongdam, Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province, ‘Bongdam Xi Lajenne’ is the second Xi brand complex following ‘Bongdam Xi Rafine,’ which recorded the highest competition rate in Bongdam-eup last year. It is receiving hot interest comparable to the summer heatwave.

On the first day of the model house opening, the 5th, visitors formed a long line from early morning to tour the site. Visitors expressed high satisfaction with the brand and products and showed active intention to apply for subscription. According to officials, there is a strong expectation for the Xi brand premium, so much so that there is a saying, “Trust and subscribe to Xi,” and the sophisticated interior and luxurious finishing materials have drawn positive responses from demanders.

Mr. Park (42), an office worker residing in Bongdam, Hwaseong, said, “Since it opened during the vacation period, I visited the model house with my family. Seeing the units, the spaces were more spacious than expected, equipped with ample storage space, and even the smallest finishing materials gave a sophisticated and luxurious feeling,” he shared his review.

Mrs. Han (39), a housewife living in Gwonseon-gu, Suwon, also said, “Although the area is the same as my current home, the living room and kitchen spaces are considerably spacious to the point of comparison, and there is abundant storage space. The living area is close to Suwon, and the surrounding living infrastructure is well established, making the location excellent.” She added, “I want to apply for subscription, expecting the Xi brand premium, but I don’t know if the opportunity will come.”

Bongdam Xi Lajenne will be developed with 7 buildings from basement level 2 to ground level 25, totaling 862 households with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 112㎡. The number of households by exclusive area is △59㎡A 49 units △59㎡B 48 units △84㎡A 431 units △84㎡B 83 units △84㎡C 72 units △84㎡D 65 units △101㎡A 88 units △101㎡B 22 units △112㎡A 4 units (penthouse).

The residential spaces feature 2 to 4-sided open designs, allowing for expanded balcony use and wider actual living space. Notably, about 36% of the total 862 households have 3 to 4-sided open designs, increasing the actual usable area by approximately 23㎡ to 48㎡ when balconies are extended, enhancing space utilization. The subscription schedule starts with special supply on Tuesday, August 16, followed by first priority for the relevant area (Hwaseong City) on Wednesday, August 17, first priority for other areas (Gyeonggi, Seoul, Incheon) on Thursday, August 18, and second priority subscription on Friday, August 19. The announcement of winners will be on Thursday, August 25, and the winning applicants’ formal contracts will be conducted over three days from Monday, September 5 to Wednesday, September 7.

For the convenience of visitors during the first three days of opening, shuttle buses will operate from Omokcheon Station on the Suin-Bundang Line, Suwon University, and Bongdam CGV to the model house, running from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The model house will be operated in compliance with COVID-19 quarantine guidelines.
