[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Kim So-young, Vice Chairman of the Financial Services Commission, has been confirmed to have tested positive for COVID-19.

According to the Financial Services Commission on the 27th, Vice Chairman Kim tested positive for COVID-19 in the afternoon of the previous day and will work from home until the 1st of next month.

Vice Chairman Kim attended the 3rd Financial Risk Response Task Force (TF) meeting and a private expert meeting on the capital market the previous day, and so far, no additional infections among other attendees have been identified.
