World Korean Trade Association and Jetcap Sign Business Agreement on 'Global Air Traffic and Logistics' Kim Young-ki, Vice Chairman of World OKTA, and Kim Ik-su, CEO of Jetcap, signing the agreement [Jetcap]


[Asia Economy Reporter La Young-chul] The World Federation of Overseas Korean Traders Associations (World OKTA), which has branches in 140 cities across 66 countries, and the air mobility platform company Jetcap announced on the 24th that they signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the 21st to establish an air mobility network.


Through this agreement, both parties plan to cooperate on ▲designating and supporting overseas Korean air travel general sales agents utilizing the Korean business network ▲online and offline marketing projects for global air transportation and global economic cooperation ▲mutual promotion of joint projects using opportunities ▲and other mutually agreed matters.


World OKTA aims to strengthen the global air transportation network to support long-term expansion of air transportation services and assist association members with general sales agency operations.


Jetcap is a global air transportation platform company providing services such as private jets, business jets, empty-leg flights, passenger charters (large and small), cargo charters, and employment linkage for aviation personnel, and is establishing air transportation specialized general sales agents (GSAs) worldwide.


Kim Young-ki, Vice Chairman of World OKTA, said, "We expect that by strengthening long-term operations with Jetcap, we will build trust among OKTA members and expand opportunities available to them."


Kim Ik-su, CEO of Jetcap, stated, "We will broadly offer business items such as air logistics in addition to global air transportation to general sales agents worldwide to support the business revival of Korean entrepreneurs active around the world."
