Delifrance Holds Contract Signing Ceremony for Doan Branch in Daejeon with BF Urban Development

French bakery brand Delifrance announced on the 14th that it held a contract signing ceremony for the Doan branch in Daejeon with BF Urban Development Co., Ltd. at the Gwangju promotional shop in Gyeonggi-do.

Delifrance is selecting franchise locations through a rigorous screening process, including on-site inspections by executives from France, to enter the domestic chain business. The Doan Lake Tower was highly evaluated for its well-established nearby infrastructure such as Doan Lake Park, the National Assembly Digital Center, and the BRT bus stop, as well as its abundant surrounding residential base, leading to the contract signing.

The Delifrance Daejeon Doan branch is scheduled to open in approximately 545㎡ across six units on the first floor of Doan Lake Tower, which is commissioned by BF Urban Development Co., Ltd.

Located in Doandong, Doan Lake Tower is the largest parking building adjacent to the BRT road within Doan Lake Park (approximately 424,000㎡), which is newly developed as the largest in Daejeon Metropolitan City. It is close to the National Assembly Integrated Digital Center (National Assembly Library), pet rest area, picnic site, and bathing beach, and is expected to become a landmark not only for Doandong but also for Daejeon City.
