‘Taewang Honors Premier,’ located in Gwaneum-dong, Chilgok, has opened its model house and officially started sales.
The model house was bustling with visitors over the weekend who came to get information about the new apartment’s floor plans and systems.
Despite a cautious atmosphere regarding home purchases due to recent interest rate hikes, Gwaneum-dong in Gangbuk, where this is the first new supply in 20 years, is welcoming the ‘Taewang Honors Premier’ sales, mainly from real buyers hoping to move from aging apartments.

The newly introduced escape-type evacuation facility fire escape at ‘Taewang Honors Premier’ also draws attention.
