Recently, as the development axis of Daegu is gradually shifting, there is growing anticipation in the real estate market of the Seodaegu area. Seongseo Industrial Complex, the largest industrial complex in Daegu, is preparing for a makeover through the ‘Industrial Complex Regeneration Project.’ The Daegu 3rd Industrial Complex and Daegu Dyeing Industrial Complex are also undergoing regeneration projects, and once these projects are completed, the functions of the industrial complexes will be further strengthened, which is expected to have a positive impact on the local economy.
