"Offline Resumption After 3 Years" Lotte Food Recruits for 'Pasteur Mam Pyeonhan Yebieomma Sesang'

[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] The prenatal classes for expectant mothers, which had been conducted online due to COVID-19, will be held offline again after more than three years.

Lotte Food Pasteur announced on the 15th that it is recruiting pregnant women to participate in the ‘Pasteur Mom Comfortable Prenatal World’ event, which will be held on the 29th of this month at Hyundai Department Store Cheonho Branch.

The offline prenatal class, resuming after three years, will proceed in the order of childcare lectures, prenatal music concerts, and prize draws. The first session, the childcare lecture, will be conducted by Director An Seong-ho of Gangdong Miz Women’s Hospital. He will communicate about the processes of pregnancy and childbirth to alleviate the expectant mothers’ questions and anxieties.

Following this, a 40-minute prenatal music concert will be held featuring the musical duo ‘Muroop’ and emotional violinist Jang Han-saem, followed by a prize draw session called ‘Time to Empty.’ Prizes such as Pasteur With Mom products, strollers, diaper sensors, baby bathtubs, and portable baby beds will be given away through the draw.

Expectant mothers wishing to participate can apply by the 27th of this month on the Pasteurai page of the Lotte Food Mall website. After selecting the event under the childcare class menu, applicants must submit their baby’s birth (expected) date and application story. Participation is limited to around 100 pregnant women, and the event will be conducted in strict compliance with COVID-19 prevention guidelines. There is no participation fee, and winners will be announced on the 28th via the Pasteurai page and individual contact.

A Lotte Food official said, “We hope that Pasteur Mom Comfortable Prenatal World will greatly help in relieving vague fears and worries about childbirth,” adding, “Since this is the first offline childcare class event in three years, we have prepared it thoroughly and ask for many expectant mothers’ participation.”
