Yukgongyuk means ‘deli meat with six meat processing techniques combined with modern tastes,’ reflecting CJ CheilJedang’s brand philosophy to offer a new food culture to consumers seeking diverse experiences in food. The newly introduced Yukgongyuk Double-aging Frank consists of three types: Frank, Kielbasa, and Long Frank. The Double-aging Frank, a curved signature product, is versatile for use as a main dish or snack in brunch, camping, and more.
The double-aging Kielbasa, shaped like a horse’s hoof, pairs especially well with barbecue or camping. The Double-aging Long Frank is ideal for use in hot dogs or gimbap.
Yukgongyuk Double-aging Frank preserves the authenticity of handcrafted ham experienced overseas or in dining out, while maximizing flavors preferred by Koreans, rich meat juice, and a popping texture. It is differentiated from existing European-style hams, which are divisive due to their strong and intense taste and aroma.
