Daesang F&B Bokumjari Launches Three Types of 'Brunch Table'

[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Eun-mo] Daesang F&B's Bokumjari announced on the 2nd that it is launching three new products under the ‘Brunch Table’ line: ‘Jalapeno & Pickle Jam,’ ‘Basil Pesto,’ and ‘Truffle Pesto.’


The three Brunch Table products are designed to be enjoyed simply alongside brunch or used in various dishes. The packaging features recipes using the Brunch Table products to help consumers enjoy a more diverse brunch experience.


Jalapeno & Pickle Jam combines the spiciness of jalapeno with the crunchiness of pickles, making it ideal for adding a spicy kick to dishes. It pairs well with meats and fried foods, as well as crispy toasted bread, steak, and pasta. For convenience, it is packaged in a tube container. It can also be mixed with soy sauce or mayonnaise to create a dipping sauce that enhances the flavor of dishes. Notably, it is made with vegetables and low-sugar sweeteners instead of fruit and sugar, making it perfect for those who want to enjoy a healthier brunch.


Basil Pesto and Truffle Pesto can be used in various brunch menus such as pasta, sandwiches, and salads. Basil Pesto offers a rich aroma and flavor of basil. Truffle Pesto is made with button mushrooms, Grana Padano cheese, and olive oil, enhanced with truffle oil and truffle aroma, allowing consumers to easily enjoy the luxurious flavor of truffles anywhere.
