Chorokbaem Healthcare "Acquires 12.5 Billion KRW of Infomark Shares"…33.2% Stake

[Asia Economy Reporter Kwon Jaehee] Chorokbaem Healthcare announced on the 30th that it will additionally acquire 812,770 shares of Infomark, a company specializing in artificial intelligence and 5G communication devices, for approximately 12.5 billion KRW.

After the stock acquisition, Chorokbaem Healthcare's stake in Infomark will be 33.2%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is December 23 of this year.

Chorokbaem Healthcare stated that the purpose of this stock acquisition is "management stabilization through additional share acquisition."
